PARTY INFORMATION

We want your next party to be a success!  When making a reservation, you should have the following information available:

  1. Date/Time of party

  2. Length of party

  3. # of bowlers

  4. # of guests

  5. # of lanes

  6. Bumper lanes?

  7. Will you be ordering food?

  8. Is a deposit needed?

After your reservation is made, here is a checklist to help you:

  1. Do your guests have directions to Hilltop Bowl?

  2. If you’re having cake, don’t forget the candles and knife!

  3. We will supply paper goods for any food we’re serving, but you’ll want to bring extras for cake/ice cream.

  4. If you are ordering food, please place your order at least 2 days before your party.

  5. We’ll do the clean up so have fun!

We are working on developing invitations but until then, there are several shops that have bowling-themed cards and cakes on the peninsula.  Check ‘em out!
   

Rates:

Option A:

  • $20.00 per hour per lane (Cosmic Bowl: $25.00 per hour per lane)

  • Shoes included

  • Maximum 6 to a lane

Option B:                       

  • $3.50 per game per person (Cosmic Bowl: $4.00 per game per person)

  • $1.00/shoe rental

  • Maximum 5 to a lane

Option C:                       

  • Private Party – Rent the Center

  • $150.00 per hour ($175.00 per hour during Cosmic Bowl)

  • Unlimited bowling/Shoe rental included

  • Minimum 2 Hours

Food/Drink:

Option 1:  “Inside Picnic” - $5.50 per person                 

  • Choose a hamburger or hot dog per guest

  • French fries for everyone

  • Pitcher of soda per 5 guests

  • Condiments on the side

Option 2:  “Appetizer Craze” - $9.00 per person

  • Choose 3: Chicken Tenders, Mozzarella Sticks, Zucchini Sticks, Nachos, Breaded Mushrooms, French fries

  • Pitcher of soda per 5 guests

  • Lots of sauces

Option 3:  “Platter Up” - $11.00 per person

  • Cheese/Crackers platter

  • Battered Fish and Breaded Shrimp platter with tartar sauce

  • Chicken Tenders platter with ranch and BBQ sauces

  • Choose one other appetizer

Please choose a bowling option and/or a food option.  You may bring in cake and ice cream.  Please ask for other types of food.  No outside drinks allowed.

Payment to be made at the end of your party.  For private parties, a $150.00 non-refundable deposit needed.  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, or locally drawn checks.  Alternate options can be made as needed.

Reservations for large groups should be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
